Taylormade is a musical combination of an eclectic group of guys from the Brisbane and Gold Coast music community.
They formed in early 2019 just for a social thing , but quickly became a formidable and serious combo.
The members are
Lee Taylor. Guitar and Vocals.
Lee Taylor brings to the band his own style of Blues orientated style . His distinctive and individual vocal style along with his own guitar sound is easily recognizable. His background is many and varied inclusive of his recent work with Free Soul Collective , The Blue Lanes and Dillion James, is six years with the late great Wiley Reed. Lee did over 300 gigs with Wiley Reed until his last in 2012. RIP Wiley.
Moemai ES Iosia [ Sos[ Keyboards , ,Vocals
Sos, brings a wealth of style and experience to the band . He is a Jazz Music Degree Graduate from New Zealand. His work in New Zealand included Dave Dobbyn , Tomorrow People and others . Sos lived in Perth where he was engaged in both performing and teaching . Now residing in Brisbane and working with TaylorMade.
Martijn Warren Drums
Martijn brings a wealth of experience from his days playing in Europe. His expertise , and professional approach to this combo is a plus. The blend of his style works well with the style of Taylormade. We are very happy to engage with his nature and drumming stlye.
Bass Man Nathan Thorpe
Nathan Thorpe has not long been in Australia and has quickly proven to have all the musical and person attributes to be a worthy addition to TaylorMade Blues. Originally from Nashville Tennessee USA , he has settled now in his new home Australia with his family.
